Dr. Meg offers private chef services for the following:
  • Weekly, daily or intermittant chef work
  • Dinner Parties or romantic dinners for two
  • Bridal Showers, art gallery openings, and other special events
  • In Home Cooking Class Dinner Parties
 Dr, Meg uses whole foods, organic (when available) and fresh ingredients.  She uses a combination or raw and cooked foods, a variety of meats and vegetables and is versed in vegan and vegetarian cuisines as well.  If there is something that you love that is not on the menu, don't be shy, ask!  She most likey can make it for you.  While she specializes in food allergies, particularly gluten free and dairy free, she can and will make just about anything.

Choose menus from any of the following:

BREAKFAST:
Eggs Any Way - scrambled, poached, over easy, sunny-side up, over hard, hard boiled, egg white scramble
Omelettes with any of the following ingredients:
spinach, asparagus, onions, mushrooms, avocados, tomatoes, garlic, peppers, artichokes, black olives, sundried tomatoes, pesto, chicken sausage (hormone and preservative free), chicken, assorted cheeses (dairy, casein and soy free are available)
If there are other things you love in a omelette, please ask!
Eggs Dr. Meg - Udi's Gluten Free Bread topped with over easy eggs and bruschetta
Portobello Eggs Benedict - Classic Eggs Benedict with a vegetarian twist of sauteed spinach with Hollandaise Sauce (or can be done on a Gluten Free English Muffin)
Huevos Rancheros - corn tortillas smotherd in black or refried beans, 2 over easy eggs, topped with guacamole, salsa (cheese optional - caseine and soy avaiable).  Hot sauces opon request.
Quinoa Egg Bowl - Salad greens in the bottom of the bowl, topped with quinoa, then 2 over easy or poached eggs.  Can be topped with cheese, salsa and/or hot sauce.  Can substitute quinoa with brown rice or millet.
Free Fritatta - Gluten and Dairy Free, that is.  Made with seasonings, herbs, artichokes and cheese substitute. 
California Scramble - Egg whites with avocado, green pepper, tomato and onion.
Tofu Scramble - with mixed vegetables and Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Gluten Free and/or Dairy Free Pancakes

All work is based on half day (1-4 hours)  for $200.00*
or full day (4-10 hours) for $300.00*
*Groceries are extra and will vary in cost based on what you request.
For ongoing chef clients, Dr. Meg will offer a reduced rate.  Ask her for details.
Work includes a free phone or e-mail consultation, menu planning, shopping, preparing, serving and clean up.  You can choose to do shopping and clean up yourself to cut costs.
For parties of five or more, servers are hired.  Extra Rates Will Apply. Please inquire about those extra rates.
